5:32 am
Woke up right to my alarm at 5 am. I didn’t do much over the weekend so I am feeling recharged, ready to get after it. 7 days in for 75 Hard and the habits don’t feel any different. Yes I still have this level of excitement in the mornings but I like going to the gym. Ready to tackle this week and continuing to improve myself.

“7 Habits of Highly Effective People”
Habit 3: Put First Things First
Summary of what I read today:
- “Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least” – Goethe
- Are you busy being busy or are you really working on things that matter and make an impact?
- Effective Management is putting first things first. While leadership decides what “first things” are. Management is the discipline carrying it out.
Day 7 Reflection:
Takeaway:
- Be consistently good vs occasionally great.
