Initially woke up before my 6 am alarm to give myself ample rest. Since today is mostly cardio and mobility I wanted to give my body rest. Feeling rested and strong overall. Hitting the gym in this am for a quick bike ride and some stretching.

- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Breakfast Burrito with 3 eggs, 4 sausage links
- Dinner
- Southwest Salad
- 2 scoops of rice
- 8 oz Tri Tip

2 workouts of at least 45 Minutes (one must be outside):
- Workout # 1 9:14 am
- Bike
- 30 minutes
- Stretch
- 30 minutes with 20 in the sauna
- Bike
- Workout # 2 4:04 pm
- 2 Mile Walk
1 Gallon of Water

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind
Summary of what I read today:
- Utilizing Mission statements
- Creating a personal mission statement is something that you can’t necessarily come up with in a day or two. It could take weeks and sometimes even months. But by having a mission statement you are essentially giving yourself a true north on what you’re after. The book used great companies that took the company mission statements to heart.

- Get your task done as early as possible. Don’t push things off to later on as there will be days that you have no control over.
