Woke up at 5 and get after it early. I didn’t sleep well, went to bed at 12 but still managed to get up and get going by. Some days I can get by with little sleep but I know overall I must get more consistently.

Follow a Diet

Below is what I ate today:

  • Post Workout
    • 2 Scoops of Ascent Whey Protein Shake
  • Breakfast
    • 2 eggs scrambled and tocino
  • Lunch
    • Palabok
  • Dinner
    • Carne Asada Burrito

2 workouts of at least 45 Minutes (one must be outside):

  1. Workout #1 6:30
    • Stiff Leg Deadlifts
    • Body Squats
    • One arm tricep extension
    • Bicep Cable Curl
    • Hammer Curls
  2. Workout #2 3:45 pm
    • 45 Minute Walk 1.6 Miles

1 Gallon Of Water

completed at 10:30 pm

Read at least 10 pages

Takeaway:

  • Get after it daily. Consistency is key. You won’t always be your 100% but being consistently good trumps inconsistent greatness.
