Woke up at 5 and get after it early. I didn’t sleep well, went to bed at 12 but still managed to get up and get going by. Some days I can get by with little sleep but I know overall I must get more consistently.

- 2 Scoops of Ascent Whey Protein Shake
- Breakfast
- 2 eggs scrambled and tocino
- Lunch
- Palabok
- Dinner
- Carne Asada Burrito
2 workouts of at least 45 Minutes (one must be outside):
- Workout #1 6:30
- Stiff Leg Deadlifts
- Body Squats
- One arm tricep extension
- Bicep Cable Curl
- Hammer Curls
- Workout #2 3:45 pm
- 45 Minute Walk 1.6 Miles
1 Gallon Of Water

- Get after it daily. Consistency is key. You won’t always be your 100% but being consistently good trumps inconsistent greatness.
