Slept till about 6 ish again this morning to really give my body time to rest. In the last month and the last two weeks of this program that’s one thing that I haven’t been doing much of and I feel has finally caught up to me with the injuries amongst other things. I’ve been eating better, work out more but the one thing I was missing was proper sleep. I’ve taken the last few days to get deeper longer sleep and I feel my body begin to heal itself.
